Section 04

Everything You Need to Know

How long does shipping take?

Most European orders arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders typically take 5–10 business days. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Are there any hidden fees or customs charges?

For UK, EU, and Swiss customers: never. The price at checkout is your final price. For other countries, customs duties may apply based on your local regulations, we'll clearly indicate this before you complete your order.

Can I track my shipment?

Every order includes comprehensive tracking from the moment it leaves our warehouse. You'll receive tracking information via email and can monitor your delivery in real time.

What if my supplements arrive damaged?

Every shipment is fully insured. If anything arrives damaged or tampered with, contact us immediately for a full replacement or refund, no questions asked.

Do you ship to my country?

We deliver to the countries listed above, plus Ethiopia by DHL Express. If your country isn't listed, we're unfortunately unable to ship there at the moment.
