I've been taking this supplement for almost a month now, alongside daily consumption of kombucha for gut health. Research indicates that a healthy gut microbiome can improve the absorption of nutrients, including ergothioneine. My goal for taking this supplement is to prevent the onset of mild cognitive impairment, dementia, and Alzheimer's. There is a substantial body of literature suggesting that ergothioneine may help prevent neurodegenerative diseases. Of course, consuming plenty of mushrooms naturally would be ideal. With supplement, it's difficult to determine its bioavailability, how much of the substance is actually absorbed by the body. Nevertheless, I am willing to give it a try, especially since it's sometimes hard to ensure a sufficient amount of mushrooms in my diet. So far, I haven't been able to determine how well it works towards my main goal, as it's a long-term game. However, I have noticed an improvement in my complexion and fewer hormonal breakouts lately. While it's unclear if these changes are directly related to my ergothioneine or kombucha consumption, it's plausible that they are connected, likely due to their antioxidant properties.

I've been taking Ntriop Logevity 26 days now and I'm already experiencing some results. I'm 57 years old and normally I need 8 hrs sleep to regain my energy to go about my daily activities but now 6 hrs sleep I feel very energetic and competing with the young guys at work. When I take a look at mirror I can see beyond all reasonable doubt that I am glowing gradually. After finishing taking this product I will recommend it to my family members and friends. Having used this product for around one year now, two things stand out as a very clear effect of taking Reservatrol: Lower blood pressure and weight loss through appetite suppression. But be careful not to take too much! One capsule in the morning works fine for me - and sometimes one in the evening. Three capsules per day causes stomach pain and total loss of appetite. And you need to keep an eye on your blood pressure, which goes down very clearly as a result of Reservatrol.
The NAD+ sublingual powder is crystal powder and can be dissolved in BAC water at 50mg/ml max with gentle heating.
Product packaging was pristine, taking it for a month now. No blood work done, thus too early to tell.
I find it very hard to discern if the products have made any difference or not as I am a regular gym goer and still fell the same tiredness
Hard to find on the market, i'm really pleased of the effects of this urolithin A product. The only reasons why I don't make a 5 stars review is because it is a little pricey..
