I'm an older male and became interested in NMN as a nutritional supplement after learning that it had been shown in studies using mice that it could slow and even reverse some of the effects of aging, and therefore might hold similar benefits (albeit still under investigation) for humans. I also have a health condition that sometimes causes me mild discomfort when I first start exercising (though this happens only intermittently). I have now been using NMN, as such, for 2 - 3 months, and with Nutriop's for 2 months. I'd initially started with a daily 250mg made by another reputable company, and recall starting to notice a difference after a week or so. However, I then found Nutriop's 500mg Extra Potency formulation, whose capsules not only provided double the dose per capsule but were much more economical. I can report the following. My discomfort on initiating outdoor activity is less frequent and milder. The number of reps I can do of certain body-weight exercises has increased, if slightly, after having reached an impasse. But perhaps the best indicator of Nutriop 500mg's effectiveness is that my natural walking pace is positively brisk; I gather that natural walking pace is an indicator of biological age. The capsules are large - an inevitable part and parcel of their more generous dose, but I've found that by sipping some water to moisten my mouth as I'm about to take them, and by ensuring I put them in my mouth properly lengthwise, they are easy and comfortable to swallow. The bottles in which they're packaged are lightweight and robust, and screw open and closed easily but securely. I also greatly appreciate the fact they're non GMO, free of additives, and made to Good Manufacturing Practices standards. I thoroughly recommend this product and company.
