I found I needed a strict diet and to eat less to maintain weight so, I decided to try NMN and alter my diet and err slightly more to protein and it seems to have made a big difference. My training level is coming back and I find I can eat all I want and still look good..... and it's not just the diet as I have tried the diet alone but that simply did not work, the NMN definitely makes a difference.

This is my second purchase of the NMN. My first purchase was a 30 bottle of NMN capsules and within a couple of days I felt more energised and woke up a lot easier in the mornings. Within the next 10 days I also noticed my mental clarity improve at work, with markedly improved focus and concentration. Looking in the mirror, I feel that my skin has improved though no one else has commented so it is just my own thoughts here.
